How much is Salayfa delivery cost?

Delivery in the UK – £4.99
Europe delivery – £14.99
Rest of the world – £24.99

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time:
2-3* days for all UK orders
3-4* weeks for all international orders
*Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your order.

Is signature required for my delivery?
All parcels are sent via a tracked delivery service.

RETURNS REFUND AND EXCHANGE

How long do I have to return/exchange an item?
14 days from the day you have received the item.

Where do I send my returns?
Please refer to the returns/exchange form. If you have misplaced your form, please contact us for a new one.

Can I return a sale item?
No, all sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

How do I return or exchange unwanted items?
Please refer to the refund/exchange form.

Will my postage be refunded if I return all the items from my order?
No, postage will not be refunded.

How long does it take to refund me, if I return some items?
Once we receive the returned items, please allow up to 14 days for us to check your items and process your returns. You should receive an email once the refund has been processed.
